By means of this research and development project of virtual reality (VR) applications, we aim to improve the motor and verbal activity of Parkinson’s patients with more or less lasting effects that would result in greater autonomy and safety for walking and balance, as well as for daily life activities (DLAs). Specifically, we aim to ensure their autonomy in these aspects: difficulties they experience in walking, balance and hand coordination. We use commercial applications: Kinect, Virtual Rehab and, Temis, to which we intended to add, in collaboration with their respective companies, verbalization and environmental sound.
