ReDLat will identify the genetic and socioeconomic/social determinants of health (SES/SDH) risks of AD and FTD in LACs vs. US. By analyzing 4,000 participants from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru and US, outcomes will include (1) Genetic contributions to AD-FTD, (2) SES/SDH contributions on clinical-cognitive-neuroimaging signatures; (3) Machine-learning differentiation of genetic and SES/SDH risks.
