The aim of this study is to investigate the prevalence and subtypes of motor speech disorders (e.g., apraxia of speech, dysarthria syndromes) in German individuals with PPA, independent of subtype. Motor speech disorders may provide a window into the underlying disease. Our approach aims to provide a more complete picture of the degenerative speech and language disorders and to inform clinical management of motor speech disorders in PPA.
