The project aims at delineating the functional heterogeneity of Huntington’s disease symptomatology in relation to its relation with distinct cortico-striatal degeneration using a multi-modal neuroimaging approach that combines diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), functional magnetic resonance (fMRI). The same Spanish-speaking participants are assessed clinically and in different cognitive and linguistic tasks.
