Cohort study. Patients affected by MG will be selected, all from the Neuromuscular Diseases outpatient clinic of the Neurology Department of the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA). The convenience sampling process will be used. All patients with MG treated at the HCPA Neuromuscular Diseases Outpatient Clinic will be invited to participate in the study. An average of 100 patients with MG are treated at this outpatient clinic. Patients diagnosed with MG who agree to participate in the research and are over 18 years old will be included. Patients with other associated neurological diseases and diagnosis of systemic disease that causes dysphagia/dysarthria or cognitive alteration (for example, head and neck tumor) will be excluded.
